The hotel is very clean. i found that each room has a bathtub. the location was great. The train station is only 30m away.

The staff weren't very helpful. The concierge wasn't knowledgeable about local spots.

convenient location well kept equipment helpful staff daily housekeeping

i found the location convenient, near ginza's main streets and shopping centers. the room included well kept equipment, which i liked. the staff turned down the temperature using a control i didn't have access to when i mentioned my room was too hot. daily housekeeping was a big plus.

the elevator area near reception had a noticeable odor on several days. it wasn't constant, but it was present at times.

calming vibe close subway unfriendly staff overpriced breakfast

Our journey began here. The neighborhood seemed like a tender melody, so calming. The subway was so close and it helped us navigate the city with the greatest of ease. The corner room, it was like a dream, with a layout that embraced us, views that caressed the soul, and a bed that whispered promises of rest.

The restaurant staff had a way of not always radiating the friendliest aura, a bit disheartening. I felt the breakfast was overpriced. There was an extra ticket given to us, a simple mistake, yet the staff were quick to point it out with an air that felt less than cute. It seemed unnecessary.
